Weekly Dose of Awesome

Today's Dose of Awesome is an intense person. Her game face is so epic it could be mistaken for RBF (look it up) but in reality it's just nature's way of giving you a polite warning that you're out of your depth. Some say that when she lifts, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet feels a shiver down her spine.  When she was born, her parents had to double up her name to accurately convey how much Tao you're getting. That's right, today's awesome is none other than Tao Tao.

Can you believe that anyone would choose to do Fight Gone Bad on the morning of her wedding day? Believe it. Tao Tao is doing it this Saturday, for charity, then tying the knot that afternoon. This is just one of the many stories that will be handed down generation upon generation when people talk of her legend. Hey, speaking of which, would you do your engagement photos at your gym? Tao Tao did. Just saying.

Not content to enter just one competition in the month of October, Tao Tao and her team Yellow Fever rocked the Lifeworx Throwdown, then she re-assembled her minions... I mean teammates... to get involved in the Halloween Throwdown at CrossFit Vacaville.

But it's not all world domination. Tao Tao is also the kind of woman who enjoys making terrariums with her swolemate, Anita H. I know, it's hard to picture, but only so much of the day can be spent smashing PRs.

Tao Tao - you're the epitome of awesome. You give Chuck Norris a run for his money. That bodyweight bench is right around the corner. Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials - we know you will be a beautiful and swole bride!
