New Schedule

We have a whole new schedule starting today! Don't worry, our regular All Levels classes aren't changing. In addition to our new Elements program, all of our evening specialty classes are now at the sweet new time of 6:30pm.

Monday: SWOD (Coach Jenny!)
Tuesday: Level 2 (Coach Colleen!)
Wednesday: Barbell WOD (Coach Colleen!)
Thursday: Oly Lifting (Coach Spencer!)
Friday: Level 2 (Coach Colleen!)

Elements Class

For athletes fresh off the Onramp, to more experienced athletes looking to take it back to basics, our new Elements class will be echoing the days programming, but with more focus and time spent on foundational technique.

Beginners classes: Monday & Wednesday at 7:30am; Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm. 

New 5:30pm Onramp Course

For those who find the idea of being in a gym at 6:30am ridiculous, we now offer an afternoon Onramp Course! Our first 5:30pm session starts Monday, October 12th

Evening Onramp Course: Monday, October 12th at 5:30pm.

Olivia Graff

Olivia's athletic origins lie in gymnastics and circus arts. After finding CrossFit in 2007, she became obsessed, and three years later left her IT career and opened United Barbell. Olivia is particularly passionate about helping people new to fitness to find joy in their growing athletic abilities. Since the birth of her daughter, Isis, in 2013, Olivia can add helping little ones find their athletic path to her list of passions.
