One week from tomorrow we will be hosting Fight Gone Bad - one of the classic CrossFit workouts. Those who have done it will tell you, the WOD serves it's own special blend of suck (... like a fight gone bad...), but that it's also a favorite for many and at the very least a WOD you should do a couple times.
For those of you who participated last year (or years before) it's a great opportunity to not only raise money for a great cause, but a chance to retest the WOD and see how your fitness has improved (hopefully!) over the last year. Here are last year's scores:
