The Weekly Dose of Awesome

This week's dose of awesome has been with the gym for about two years now. He is a regular to Monday nights SWOD rave party. He is also personal guinea pig to my workout creations two other days a week. 

Sunli has made awesome strength gains in the last year. Packing on more than 10# of muscle mass and over 50# onto his Back Squat. Sunli may hate cardio (who doesn't), but he still grinds through with no questions asked during his power hours, knowing that to be the best you have to be balanced. I always joke with Sunli about being balanced and little does he know he is developing the perfect combo of yin and yang. More importantly, he is a true friend, and I'm exiting to see Sunli grow even more with the year. Level 2 he we come!
