Food for Thought: 10 Quotes To Help You Get Stronger

There is a quote I like.  “The act of getting strong doesn’t start in the gym. It starts in your head.”  It's very true.  A lot of missed lifts in this past weekend's lift off were missed long before the bar was even touched.  What are you doing to work on your mental game?  What's your mantra?  One of my CrossFit guilty pleasure reads is Words with Lisbeth.  The quote above was one from her " post, "10 Quotes To Help You Get Stronger (Part 1)".  Pick one of the quotes below.  Adopt it.  Read books like The Mind Gym.  Work on your mental game.  Handle it so you can dominate.
