Our new design, the Octopress by Anita, will be ready for order next week, along with designs from our back catalogue, including the Spicy and UBicorn designs.
We always have our classic logo tee and the barbell tee in stock, but this is your chance to break out of the grey and order any color under the sun. We will be printing on American Apparel, Bella, and Next Level tees, so you can pre-game your order by browsing their colors and styles.
10/9: Movie Night
After the last class on Friday, October 9th, stick around, make yourself comfortable, and hand me my wallet. It's the one that says "Bad Mother F****r!"
This is our first movie night. No doubt it will evolve to a point where we provide truffle popcorn and beer, but for now it's BYO lawn chair and BYO snacks! We provide the movie and the atmosphere!
10/18: Community Day
It's that time again. Time to drag your gun-shy buddy in to finally try CrossFit with other nervous newbies! If you have someone interested in trying CrossFit, tell them to mark October 18th at 11:30 on the calendar now. Why? You are bringing them in to try a newbie-friendly class! Can't join them on that day? No worries! Just send them along and we'll take care of them for you. Friends/family/coworkers/bosses/employees... anyone you think would enjoy a little more CrossFit in their life. Tell them to save the date today!
10/23: Body Comp Testing with BodySpec
The folks from Body Spec will be returning with their truck to the Bank of America parking lot on Friday October 23rd. This is a great opportunity to measure your progress, whether setting a baseline or checking in with your progress. See how much muscle, bone, and fat you're working with!
11/14: Fight Gone Bad
You tested your strength with the Ultimate Lift Off, now it's your chance to test your conditioning in our other yearly event, Fight Gone Bad! Mark it on your calendar and stay tuned for more details soon!
This is a fundraiser event, and this year we'll be donating to Crossroads Adaptive Athletic Alliance. Crossroad's mission is to level the playing field for adaptive athletes by helping to facilitate the integration of permanently injured athletes into both the sporting community and the local community at large through sport and competitive efforts.
