The experiment is over and the feedback was overwhelmingly (but not exclusively) positive: you like knowing more. You like planning your WODs so you can choose between SWOD & CrossFit. You like knowing which days to come in if you want to work on bar muscle ups. You like knowing you need to put your long socks to the top of the laundry pile so they're clean in time for rope climbs later in the week.
And so, now that the open is over, we would like to offer you one greater - the entire week. That's right, if you haven't yet noticed, the WODs are now listed 1 week out at a time. We still reserve the right to change WODs throughout the week. As we said before -- WODs, just like life, sometimes produce unpredictable outcomes and we want to do our best to suit your needs as a population.
