Burpees for the Kids!

Got thirty seconds to spare? Want to help out a great cause? Looking to test your burpee fitness? The Westside Athletes Association invites you to take the 2016 United for Youth Burpee Challenge!

Here's how it works:

  1. Complete as many burpees as you can in 30 seconds
  2. Invite a friend to take the challenge
  3. Pledge an amount per burpee completed
  4. Donate on their behalf at westsideathletes.com/unitedforyouth

Wait, what's the Westside Athletes Association again?

WAA is a not-for-profit organization comprised of members sweating right here alongside you in the United Barbell community including Chris C, Jon S, Jason L, Nikki S, Maria M, Joanna G, and others. 

We're dedicated to transforming the lives of teenagers by making functional fitness programs available in local schools, and supporting healthy lifestyle habits.
