Summer Slam is around the corner!  Time to spill the beans.... well, maybe only some of them.... Here are events 1-3:

Events 1-3

On a 10 minute running clock:

Event #1: 0-2 minute: Max Wall Balls (RX: 20# | 14# ; Scaled: 16# | 10#)

Event #2: 2-8 minute: Max Squat Clean + Front Squat + Thruster

Event#3: 8-10 minute: Max Over the Bar Burpees
