How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Before Tomoki and I were married, we only saw each other on the weekends. He took me to kick boxing then suggested we start CrossFit together.
What is an unexpected way CrossFit has affected your life? It has helped me see the benefit of exercise. I was in grad school when I started CrossFit, and it helped me relieve stress.
