Scaled Division:

  • Airdyne Bike (7 cals | 5 cals)
  • 10 Barbell Push Presses (75# | 53#)

 

Event 4:

 RX Division:

Ladder AMRAP in 10 minutes:

  • 30 Double Unders (no increase)
  • 4 Toes to Bar (increases by 1 every round)
  • 4 Left Dumbbell Power Snatches(50# | 40#) (increases by 1 every round)
  • 4 Right Dumbbell Power Snatches(50# | 40#) (increases by 1 every round)

Scaled Division:

Ladder AMRAP in 10 minutes:

  • 50 Single Jumps (no increase)
  • 4 Hanging Knee Raises (increases by 1 every round)
  • 4 Left Dumbbell Power Snatches(30# | 20#) (increases by 1 every round)
  • 4 Right Dumbbell Power Snatches(30# | 20#) (increases by 1 every round)
