Events

Events 1-3
On a 10 minute running clock:
Event #1  - 0-2 minute: Max Wall Balls
Event #2 - 2-8 minute: Max Squat Clean + Front Squat + Thruster
Event#3  - 8-10 minute: Max Over the Bar Burpees

Event 4
Ladder AMRAP in 10 minutes:
    30 Double Unders
    4 Toes to Bar    
    4 Left Dumbbell Power Snatches
    4 Right Dumbbell Power Snatches

Floater
AMRAP in 3 minutes:
    Airdyne Bike
    5 HSPU

The Day

Athlete Briefing: 8:15
Events 1-3:  9:15 - 11:10
Event 4:  11:45 - 1:25

Athletes will be assigned heats for competing and refereeing.
