This week's dose of awesome came to UB a seasoned CrossFitter. He was WODing a couple years before his UB days and came to us already pretty awesome. His passion and commitment make him an easy man to respect. He is calm, composed, and cool as a cucumber. You can find him in the back room, diligently working on his goals, and without much pushing, on his goats.
If you work out with him, this "socially capable introvert" will encourage you and have you laughing the entire time. He is focused, friendly, and fun. His introvert sense had him reluctant to let me honor him on our blog.... But there is no way around it - our man is a rising star at UB.
Hey Adam.... you're awesome!
