It's that time of year again... time to PR your Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Snatch, and Clean & Jerk... all in one day!
In our signature competition, you have 20 minutes at five stations and three attempts to set a heavy lift in each. Athletes will weigh in and will be taken into account (via Sinclair & Wilks) when we award prizes!
We will be awarding first, second, and third for Female and Male athletes.
We take your maxes to assign you to an appropriate heat. Don't know your max lifts? That's ok. You can estimate, or if you skip filling out your max lifts, we'll assign you in a beginner heat.
