The United Barbell Onramp
All athletes new to CrossFit must complete our Onramp before joining group classes. In these three hour-long technique sessions, your coach will ensure you are introduced to the foundational movements that you'll use once you graduate into our CrossFit classes.
Our goal is to lay a foundation of excellent technique so that you can participate with safety & confidence.
The UB Onramp is right for you if your goal is to join group classes.
3 session Onramp
Working with a personal trainer to identify your goals and work on your specific weaknesses while improving your strengths is an excellent way to fast-track your athletic progress. Your coach will work with you to create a customized program based on your goals.
Personal training is right for you if you:
- Are brand new to fitness;
- Have been sedentary;
- Are dealing with mobility issues, injury, or illness;
- Have specific goals, e.g. training for competition;
- Would prefer to work one-on-one with a trainer.
