Growing up as a dancer and being a Division 1 cheerleader in college, I wanted to find a way to stay in shape after college. Crossfit was the perfect fit because not only was it a way to stay healthy but meet like minded people.
One of the greatest aspects of CrossFit is it can be scaled to any ability level, life stage or physical constraints. I want every athlete to find the version of the WOD that is “right” for them each day.
