About Coach

I started CrossFit as a high school athlete. Since then, I've learned to do an Olympic weightlift and went on to coach as well. Transitioning from athlete to coach has taught me the importance of trust and creating space for people to grow into who they want to become. Coaching continues to be the hardest and the best thing I could choose to do because teaching people how to move well and care for their bodies is extremely fulfilling.

My purpose for coaching is to help people who are starting or continuing their fitness journey. I enjoy creating space for women, postpartum people, and LGBTQIA+ folks to feel empowered to lift weights and get stronger. Everyone has a unique relationship with fitness and health. I want to create a space where they can explore that on their own terms.
