I first discovered CrossFit on a YouTube video while I was lying in bed recovering from surgery, and I knew I was watching something I want to do once I'm back on my feet! Being in competitive sports growing up, finding CrossFit was a perfect match. Three Years in, I decided to leave an engineering career to become the best coach I can.
As a former Israeli defense special forces, I know what it is like doubting yourself and being uncomfortable physically and mentally in the moment. My passion is to teach others how to move better, be healthier, and feel comfortable being uncomfortable.
