As a former Israeli Defense Special Forces, I know a thing or two about being uncomfortable at the moment and doubting yourself. Being involved in competitive sports growing up, finding CrossFit at a later age was a perfect match! Three years after starting CrossFit, I decided to leave an engineering career to try to become the best coach I can.
For me, the path I believe that will challenge and gratify me the most is what leads the way. If it's changing careers or moving to a different country, I'll give it everything I have.
My goal is to help others move better, be healthy, and feel comfortable being uncomfortable.
