The Ultimate Lift Off is the ultimate test of strength - combining max efforts of 5 lifts: the Snatch, the Clean & Jerk, the Back Squat, the Bench Press, and the Deadlift.
Athletes spend 20 minutes at each station warming up the lift and ultimately attempting a PR lift at each station.
We use the Sinclair and Wilks coefficients to determine the strongest lifers pound for pound. This often leads to unexpected results since it rewards athletes that lift the most relative to their own bodyweight.
Beginners are encourages to participate! Setting your PRs in these lifts gives you percentages to go off in classes and builds confidence!

Day of details: Athletes will weigh in at 8am - 8:30am. Athletes will be divided into heats and will be assigned a heat time. The first heat starts at 9:00am.
