Drop-in Policy
UB welcomes visitors who are experienced CrossFitters. The drop in fee is $25. You may drop into any scheduled class without reserving a spot. Please arrive early to sign our waiver.
We do not allow drop-ins from those who are new to CrossFit unless accompanied by a UB member. You must first complete the onramp program so you can be safely integrated into classes.
Pricing
We offer memberships based on the number of classes per week you want to attend, as well as personal training.
We also offer 10-class passes and drop in rates for visitors.
